From my initial consultation Mrs Holt I knew I had made the right decision. I felt very relaxed and at ease. I felt she listened to me and answered all questions and concerns I had. An abundance of information was shared and I felt well informed when making my decision to proceed. In all honesty, I didn't hesitate to proceed. Any questions I had inbetween appointments and surgery were always answered promptly. Throughout my whole experience I was informed, reassured, treated with respect and always greeted with a smile.

From the first consultation with Rachel and her team I felt totally at ease. She explained the procedures to me in full detail and was happy to answer any questions I had. On the day of my operation she met with me and my husband in my room and explained to both my husband and I what would be happening times etc and that she would phone him after the operation of which she did . Rachel is excellent at what she does and I could not be happier with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is a true professional. Her team of nurses have also been amazing if ever I have had to phone them if I had a problem or I needed some advice they dealt with it immediately. Nothing was too much trouble.

Rachel was superb from start to finish. She took her time, listened to me and gave her full, expert opinion on how best to proceed. She took great care in my procedure which is evident by my results and recovery. She has exceeded my expectations in terms of the results I was hoping for. On first contact with Rachel through zoom she made me feel very at ease, she asked lots of relevant questions and listened to the answers being very thorough. I instantly gelled with Rachel due to her approach. She was very patient with me and liased with me over my procedure with care and attention. I felt very excited and confident when going down to surgery, I was fully aware of the protocol before and after surgery and couldn't wait to see the results.
